I have been disappointed a few times here. Today they screwed up my drink pretty bad. I can't even drink it! A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and the person in front of me left trash on the window, the woman at the window threw the trash out at my car!! She said she couldn't take trash through the window. I am understanding of that but if it is left there then throw it out. It's called being environmentally friendly!!!

Coffee is great, atmosphere is calming and nice and the service is as outstanding as ever! This Starbucks is the same as all the others- excellent! It's clean, it's nice inside and the drive-thru doesn't hurt! But, I do have to say they work very slowly. I'm glad they make the extra effort to make our coffee to a near perfection but it shouldn't take them 5 minutes to make a coffee. When I was there the other day going through drive-thru, it took about 10 minutes of waiting in line and everything to get my coffee. Sure, it's worth it but I don't give this Starbucks that fifth star, mainly because they don't work quick enough- they are extremely nice and friendly though which I really like because I feel welcomed and appreciated! Oh, and by the way, don't bring groups there! The inside isn't all that big so I wouldn't recommend a group of more than 4 or 5 going in, you might be a bit crammed and jammed in. All-in-all, highly recommended, as always because Starbucks NEVER let's me down!

I normally do not rate chain places, but I had to rate this Starbucks. You see, I'm a girl who is in love with her coffee/espresso. No, not "love". I am IN LOVE. And Starbucks is my weekly (sometimes more than once a week) treat to myself. And the way I feel is "You never mess with my coffee!". Every time I have gone here the baristas have been polite and fast. Only once have they messed up my order. And when they did I called and the manager gave me 2 free drinks for my next visit. If there is one thing I absolutely love, it is when companies make up for what was messed up. Thank you my loves!!!

I love Starbucks but this location never seems to understand "light ice". Paying 5 bucks to get a venti full of ice is not okay. Has happened to me sooo many times at this location

This is my go to for local coffee, only because there's a limited amount of better quality options in my area unfortunately. I find more and more that Starbucks is not my favorite coffee, but what I do like, they do well and accurately at this location. Hubby loves the hot chai (tell them "no water" if you don't want it diluted cuz they do that with the chai in their process), and I enjoy the mocha latte and crave the hot Carmel apple cider (not coffee). They always get my order right, very few mistakes ever in my experience. Surprisingly quick drive-thru.

This place is fast. I'll give them that. They also never make mistakes with my orders. But today, I had to say something. CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES before you consume any of their prepackaged food. I ordered a protein box at the drive thru. They gave me one that was sporting a sticker reading "ENJOY BY 09 02" and today is the 3rd. So, luckily I noticed and said this says it's expired. The response I got was a hand wave and an "oh, it's fine. Don't worry." I politely stated that I'd much rather eat one that isn't expired. She switched it. But, come on! Why would you even give that out? IMO that should have been pulled and discarded before it could have even been offered to someone to consume. What if that was given to someone who is pregnant, has a poor immune system or a child? Plain irresponsible.
